The March 25, 2014 Contractors and Suppliers Forum was designed to introduce the DC Power Line Undergrounding (DC PLUG) initiative to the business community. The Contractors Forum was a vehicle for interested businesses to discuss the project scope with DDOT and Pepco. DC PLUG’s multi-year project implementation strategy will encompass contracting opportunities for qualified businesses.
