Repunzelle Bullock is passionate about labor-management relations. She has spent 18 years in the field of labor-management and employee relations exclusively on behalf of management.
In 2000, Repunzelle joined the staff at Howard University Hospital where she served as an employee and labor relations specialist. In this capacity, she negotiated labor management agreements and handled grievance arbitrations. After nearly four years, Repunzelle took her skills to the general counsel’s office at Howard University where she served as an associate general counsel for labor and employment. In this role, Mrs. Bullock defended the university against charges of wage and hour violations, Title VII discrimination claims, and unfair labor practice complaints.
In August 2007, Repunzelle joined the D.C. Office of Labor Relations and Collective Bargaining (OLRCB) as an attorney advisor. During her ten years at OLRCB, Mrs. Bullock has handled numerous arbitration cases and negotiated successor collective bargaining agreement for the District government. She regularly offers preventive counseling to managers concerning personnel and employment matters. Repunzelle also provides advice and counsel to management officials on contract administration and compliance. She is also a certified equal employment opportunity (EEO) counselor for the District government.
Mrs. Bullock earned her undergraduate degree from San Diego State University, where she served as captain of a Division I Women’s Basketball team. Repunzelle received her law degree from the George Washington School of Law in May 1998. She is a resident of Ward 5.
