(WASHINGTON, DC) – On Thursday, January 12 at 5 pm, Mayor Muriel Bowser and Congresswoman Eleanor Holmes Norton will host a reception welcoming new members of the 115th Congress to Washington, DC.

During the reception, Mayor Bowser will recognize David Rubenstein, CEO of the Carlyle Group, for his patriotic philanthropy.
