(Washington, DC) – On Monday, November 2 at 10 am Mayor Muriel Bowser and At-Large Councilmember Vincent Orange will host a press conference prior to the DC Council Committee on Business, Consumer and Regulatory Affairs’ roundtable on the Department of Small and Local Business Development. Mayor Bowser and Councilmember Orange will announce the Fiscal Year 2016 District of Columbia government Certified Business Enterprise (CBE) spending goal and launch a website to connect small businesses to local government procurement opportunities.
