Mayor Bowser and Uber CEO to Discuss the Future of Mobility

Discussion to Take Place at Uber’s Future Greenlight Driver Support Hub in Ward 7

(Washington, DC) – On Wednesday, April 11, at 11 am, Mayor Muriel Bowser will discuss the future of mobility in cities with key transportation stakeholders including Uber CEO Dara Khosrowshahi, Stephen Goldsmith, Daniel Paul Professor of the Practice of Government at the Harvard Kennedy School, and Robert Puentes, President and CEO of the Eno Center for Transportation. The discussion will take place at Uber’s future Greenlight Driver Support Hub in the East River Park Shopping Center in Ward 7.
 
The Future of Mobility event is part of Mayor Bowser’s Economic Opportunity month. Throughout the month, the Mayor will celebrate three years since the establishment of the Office of the Deputy Mayor for Greater Economic Opportunity and highlight key programs and initiatives that are putting more Washingtonians on pathways to the middle class and spreading prosperity to every corner of the District.
