Thursday, July 6, 2017

(Washington, DC) – On Friday, July 7, at 12 pm, Mayor Muriel Bowser will celebrate DC Public Schools’ Extended-Year at Garfield Elementary School. Students enrolled in extended-year schools receive an additional month of instruction by increasing the academic school year from 180 days to 200 days.
