DC Schools will Participate in National Bike to School Day, Promoting Safer Routes for Students

(WASHINGTON, DC) – On Wednesday, May 10, at 7:30 am, Mayor Muriel Bowser will participate in Bike to School Day at Lincoln Park in the Capitol Hill neighborhood. Built on the popularity of National Walk to School Day, National Bike to School Day was created to provide an opportunity for students across the nation to highlight the importance of biking safely to their learning institutions.
