(Washington, DC) – In November 2014, Mayor Bowser Kicked-off her Transition Committee at the Kellogg Center at Gallaudet University. Tomorrow at 4 pm, Mayor Bowser will return to the Kellogg Center and join with members of her Transition Committee, Cabinet and other stakeholders to release her first annual “Accountability Report.”

The Accountability Report provides an update on the promises made during the 2014/2015 Mayoral Transition, noting which goals are done, launched, to launch, not done or have been reconsidered. The report delivers on Mayor Bowser’s commitment to transparency and accountability.

Background:
Mayor Bowser’s Accountability Report mirrors a similar report former New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg released annually to hold his Administration accountable to campaign promises.
