(Washington, DC) – On Thursday, October 10, at 11:30 a.m., Mayor Muriel Bowser will highlight investments in the Aspire to Entrepreneurship Program, which helps returning citizens and justice-involved residents gain the skills they need to start and operate their own District-based business. Mayor Bowser launched Aspire to Entrepreneurship in 2016 as a pilot incubator program and has expanded it into an annual grant program managed by the Department of Small and Local Business Development (DSLBD).
